DMCA & Copyright Policy
Updated October 2, 2026
Play Classic Arcade respects the rights of creators. If you own copyright or are authorized to act for its owner and believe material on this site infringes that copyright, send a detailed notice to [email protected] with the subject “Copyright notice”. This is our copyright contact address.
What to include in a notice
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or a person authorized to act for the owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or a representative list when a notice covers multiple works at one site.
- Identification of the material you want removed or disabled, including the exact page URL and enough detail to locate the specific game, image, audio, text or other material.
- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right alleged to be infringed.
Please identify the particular material at issue rather than sending only a general accusation. Consider whether the use is authorized by a license or applicable law before submitting a notice.
How reports are handled
We review the information provided, may request clarification and may remove or disable access to reported material where appropriate. We may notify the affected contributor or provider and share relevant parts of the notice where necessary to investigate or follow applicable procedures. Do not include information beyond what is needed to support the report.
If your material was removed
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, email the same address with the affected URL, your contact details and an explanation, including any permission or ownership information relevant to a review. We will explain any further information or formal counter-notification requirements that apply. A review request does not automatically restore material.
Repeated infringement and other concerns
Where applicable and appropriate, we may restrict submissions or terminate access for repeat infringers. Trademark, impersonation and other rights concerns may also be sent to the contact address; identify the right and the material involved so we can assess the request.
